Hi, I’m Yolanda Green Barnes, a consultant, coach, speaker, and the founder of The Ashayé Group.
I help leaders and organizations create meaningful change through leadership consulting rooted in purpose, clarity, and growth. I also deliver corporate keynotes and speak at national conferences, inspiring audiences to lead differently, embrace their potential, and create a lasting impact.
As I built and led a leadership development program that reached more than 3,000 leaders within a Fortune 50 company, I noticed that organizations were filled with brilliant people who had never been equipped with the emotionally intelligent leadership skills that inspire teams, build trust, and create cultures where people thrive. That experience reinforced what I believe today: leadership development is one of the highest-return investments an organization can make.
Since then, I’ve guided thousands of professionals, led large-scale leadership development initiatives, and advised senior executives on building high-performing organizations. I bring both the perspective of a leader who has been in the room and the empathy of someone who understands the human side of leadership.
